Coconut husk chips are created by cutting coconut husks into uniform pieces. Renowned for their effectiveness as soil ​conditioners, these chips can replace fir bark in agricultural applications. They improve fertilizer efficiency across various ​soil types and weather conditions, while also being weed-free and resistant to insects and harmful fungi. The various sizes ​of coconut chips offer an optimal balance between air and water, making them versatile for different uses.

Using coconut chips can conserve water and time, fostering robust root development. They are suitable for growing ​vegetables and fruits like tomatoes, cucumbers, capsicums, strawberries, and melons, as well as cut flowers such as roses, ​orchids, and anthuriums. Additionally, the husk chips shield germinating seeds from excess moisture and salt, maintaining ​high water retention and ample airflow, which reduces the need for frequent watering.

We offer a variety of compressing machines to ​meet the diverse needs of our customers. For ​example, our horizontal compressing machines are ​ideal for producing 5kg blocks of husk chips, which ​are perfect for agricultural fields, the potting soil ​industry, and greenhouses.

However, if your goal is to sell 5kg blocks of husk ​chips in home and garden sections of ​supermarkets, our vertical compressing machines ​are better suited. These machines ensure consistent ​shape, weight, and other specifications, making the ​products ideal for retail.

Our advanced vertical compressing machines allow us to manufacture ​high-quality, uniform 500g husk chip briquettes. We can supply these ​briquettes to meet your specific needs, offering them either individually ​packed or without packaging, depending on your requirements.

Packaging Details:

Coco peat is a natural material made from the husk of coconuts. It is commonly used in gardening ​because it helps soil hold water and air, making it easier for plants to grow. Coco peat is sustainable and ​eco-friendly, and it can be used in potting soil, hydroponics, and seed starting. It also improves soil ​structure and keeps moisture around plant roots longer, which helps plants stay healthy.

COCO PEAT 5KG BLOCKS

Coco peat is a natural by-product from the extraction of coir fiber ​from coconut husks. This spongy, cellulose-rich organic material ​is processed and compressed into 5kg blocks, making it an ​excellent growing medium for hydroponics and container plants.

Clean coir contains natural rooting hormones and anti-fungal ​properties, and its high water retention capacity makes it a cost-​effective, natural alternative for plant growth.

Depending on your needs, we can sieve and produce 5kg blocks ​of coco peat in mesh sizes of 3mm, 6mm, and 12mm.

COCO PEAT BRIQUETTES

We have the infrastructure to properly dry and sieve coco peat ​before compressing it into 650g briquettes, sized 20cm x 10cm x ​5cm. These briquettes are compacted coco peat bricks that work ​similarly to larger coco peat blocks. They are 100% organic coir and ​absorb water, expanding up to ten times their original volume.

Coco peat briquettes are ideal for home gardens, greenhouses, ​nurseries, and all types of growers. They have a stable pH of 5.5 - ​6.5, won’t compact or become more acidic over time, and can be ​purchased washed or unwashed. Their lightweight nature makes ​them easy to handle.

Packaging Details:

COCO PEAT 25KG BALES

Coco peat 25kg bales are customized to meet crop needs by adjusting the coir ​fiber content and adding coco chips or crushed materials. These bales are less ​compressed, making them easy to loosen, and they maintain a moisture ​content of 35-40% with a pH value of 5.5 - 6.5.

They are popular for bonsai mixtures, vegetable beds, and rose cultivation. ​Each 25kg bale is packed in a white polybag for easy transport and handling. ​These bales serve as an effective soil substitute and conditioning agent for ​potting mixes, landscaping, seed generation, home gardening, golf courses, ​and mushroom farming

Coco discs are created from a mix of coconut husk chips and peat, making them perfect for ​hydroponic systems in both home and commercial settings

Characteristics

• Material: Coco husk is the outer shell of the coconut fruit, which is rich in natural fibers. These ​fibers are durable and have a coarse texture.

• Form: Coco husk discs are typically pressed into round, flat shapes. They can vary in size and ​thickness.

• Appearance: The discs have a rough, brown surface due to the natural texture of the husk.

Grow bags are an ideal growing medium for plants that do not have deep roots such as tomatoes ​,cucumbers, and strawberries. Grow bags are popular among greenhouse professionals as a ​prominent product which comes a compressed slab in a poly bag. They are used in the horticulture ​industry for roses and many more seasonal and non-seasonal flowers.

There are different types of grow bags based on the material used in the compressed slab:
